Data Entry

Reporting to: Manager of Information Technology

Duration: Full Time or Part Time
Start Date: ASAP

Primary Responsibilities:

• Entering data in the Maximizer version 9 CRM database
• Communicating with suppliers to obtain data files
• Working closely with the Database Administrator

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of data entry experience
• Wide experience of word processing, document formatting using MS Excel, Word and Access
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and knowledge of French
• Very well organized
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software an asset
• Previous work experience in financial services or fund industry is preferred
